Introduction
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the terms of the authorised agent from which you purchased your ticket. Copies of the agent’s terms are available from the relevant ticket provider. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the agent’s terms, these Terms will take precedence.
By purchasing or holding a ticket for Country Lovin Festival, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully and raise any questions before purchasing your ticket. These Terms may change at any time without notice.
Tickets
It is your responsibility to check your ticket carefully upon receipt. If there is an error, notify us immediately. Mistakes cannot always be corrected after purchase.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Keep your ticket safe.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be invalid. Admission may be refused, and we are not responsible for tickets bought from third parties.
Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited. Tickets obtained or sold in breach of these Terms will be void. Attempting to use a void ticket may result in denied entry, removal from the festival, and potential legal action.
Only wristbands issued by Country Lovin Festival in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry.
Tickets cannot be used for marketing, media, or promotional purposes without our written consent.
Arrive in plenty of time for the acts you want to see. No refunds are available for missed performances.
Tickets and wristbands remain the property of Country Lovin Festival until the festival closes.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of major cancellation, material alteration, or by special exception at our sole discretion.
Major cancellation refers to the cancellation of the festival in full without rescheduling.
Material alteration is any change, other than rescheduling, which in our opinion makes the festival significantly different from what ticket holders could reasonably expect. Line-up changes, adverse weather, changes to individual performers, or location adjustments are not considered material alterations.
If the festival is rescheduled, tickets for the original date remain valid, and no refunds will be offered.
Curtailment of the festival after the majority of the event has taken place or delays to performances are not grounds for refunds.
