This event is open to anyone aged 16 and over.

Anyone aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. The accompanying adult is responsible for the welfare and behaviour of the child during the event.

This is a live music festival environment and may include loud music crowded areas and adult themes. For this reason we strongly advise against bringing younger children.

All bars serving alcohol operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be required to show valid photo ID. Acceptable ID includes a passport or UK driving licence. No ID means no alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with this policy.

Yes. If higher tier tickets such as Hospitality or VIP are still available, you can upgrade your ticket by paying the price difference. Upgrades are subject to availability.

Please e-mail customersupport@countrylovin.co.uk

We recommend advance ticket purchase to avoid disappointment. We envisage this will be a sell out show due to the limited capacity nature of the event.

All tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

You can purchase a group tickets which will be priced 4 for the price of 3.

We stand with the Fan Fair Alliance, and we strongly advise you don’t buy tickets from resellers or secondary sites like Viagogo or Stubhub. You could end up payin’ more than the ticket’s worth, gettin’ a dud, or worse, showin’ up and not gettin’ in.

Every ticket has its own unique QR code that’s scanned at the gate. Once it’s checked, that code is done and can’t be used again.

Our payment plan lets you secure your tickets upfront without paying the full amount at once. Here’s how it works:

  1. Deposit – When you book, you pay an initial deposit to reserve your tickets.
  2. Monthly Payments – The remaining balance is split into two equal monthly payments. Each payment is automatically scheduled and must be paid on time to keep your booking active.
  3. Full Payment – Once the deposit and the two payments are made, your tickets are fully paid for.

This makes it easier to spread the cost while ensuring your place at the event.
